....….When east meets west
Buddhism stresses upon the mental efficacies and thought processes of the person.
This six lesson programme is especially designed to introduce students to the close relationship between ancient Buddhist thoughts relating to the mind and modern concepts of psychology.
Upon completion of the course, students will appreciate the significance of the Buddha Dhamma and be able to face the challenges of daily modern living. The Buddhist mind is viewed from the scientific perspective.
