Located about 100 km from Colombo, and just 20mins drive away from the nearest city Kandy, Paramita Meditation Center is a retreat by itself, offering a place of quiet solitude and a conducive environment for the practice of meditation.

Being at the Center is like a communal with nature. Built on the site of a previous spice plantation, the Centre weaves its grounds amongst old tea bushes, pepper vines, jackfruit, nutmeg and clove trees. Flora and fauna thrive here, hibiscus and jasmine abound and their blossoms are used for the daily Puja services in the beautiful shrine hall.
